Stephen Acton Chef Steve Acton’s
culinary experience has been developed through years in the exacting
and fast past world of the professional kitchen with major companies
such as the Marriott, the Four Seasons Hotel and Le Meridian in
Boston.
Chef Steve received his formal culinary education at the Culinary
Institute of America in 1994.
Service/Operations:
Lisa Gagnon
Lisa is an experienced food service manager and is a top-notch pastry
chef. She provides assistance with food preparation and cooking
as well as service and delivery.
Technology:
Dennis Acton is in charge of web site design,
marketing and other technology needs.
