for flight crews or informal in-flight lunches. We use the
highest quality Boar's Head brand deli meats,
freshly cooked breads and handmade sauces and spreads.
Sandwich orders can be accompanied by a variety of pasta or potato
salads to fill out the meal offerings. |
Sandwiches are available as a platter of sliced sandwiches for
buffet-style serving or can be packaged into box lunches with a
variety of sizes and customizations to fit your needs. |

Antipasto platters are a big favorite of many of our clients
because they are informally served but contain many substantive
ingredients that make for an excellent snack on a short flight.

Meals can be packed in individual disposable containers which
are microwave and re-heat safe.
