Onboard Catering’s menu offerings reflect a balance between the goal of providing the highest quality meal with the limitations of space and time of in-flight cuisine.

Since no two flights are alike regarding meal needs and galley capabilities, we will work directly with you to make each meal as easy to prepare and serve as possible without sacrificing quality.  The following offerings are an example of our most popular dishes and are available 24 hours a day.


Appetizers and Salads

Appetizers:

Antipasto of grilled and marinated seasonal vegetables, fresh mozzarella and tomato salad tossed with a basil pesto, assorted cured meats, spinach with roasted garlic, eggplant dip and crusty breads.

Chilled shrimp and fresh Maine lobster (no shells), traditional cocktail sauce, caper and herb dipping sauce

Sesame and cilantro chicken, ginger scallion tossed egg noodles, Asian vegetables

Artisanal cheese selection, dried fruit and nut platter with assorted crackers

Salads:

Caesar salad with grilled chicken breast and homemade seasoned croutons

Spinach salad with crumbled blue cheese, dried cranberries, spicy pecans and balsamic vinaigrette

Potato Salad with bacon and leek

Orzo with shrimp and scallops with a tarragon vinaigrette

Pasta Salad with grilled mushrooms and roasted pepper vinaigrette

Tortellini tossed with diced Italian meats, provolone cheese and pesto

Sandwiches:

   

We specialize in creating gourmet sandwiches that are perfect for flight crews or informal in-flight lunches.  We use the highest quality Boar's Head brand deli meats, freshly cooked breads and handmade sauces and spreads.  Sandwich orders can be accompanied by a variety of pasta or potato salads to fill out the meal offerings. 

Sandwiches are available as a platter of sliced sandwiches for buffet-style serving or can be packaged into box lunches with a variety of sizes and customizations to fit your needs.

Antipasto platters are a big favorite of many of our clients because they are informally served but contain many substantive ingredients that make for an excellent snack on a short flight.


Meals can be packed in individual disposable containers which are microwave and re-heat safe.
