Packaging

We can package meals for delivery across town or around the world. 

Our customized “micro-catering” process allows us to deliver meals any point of preparation depending on your needs. Box lunches consisting of sandwiches, wraps, salads and more can be provided for groups of four to four hundred. 

 

For full-course entrées, we can seperately package the individual elements of each course so that at serving time, the food can be quickly and easily reheated, plated and served with amazing “fresh-cooked” results. We can handle special requirements with ease and can customize our process to your specific needs.

 

Food Safety
We adhere to the strictest rules of food safety.  Our staff conducts continuous research and development to improve the preparation and packaging process.  The results are apparent in the fresh taste and texture of food at serving time.  Our packaged meals can be cold stored for days and still taste fresh-cooked when served.

Healthy Foods
Our chefs believe that great tasting food does not have to be unhealthy.  As a policy, we minimize the amount of fat, cholesterol and preservatives in everything we prepare.  This process starts with selection the leanest cuts of meat and locally grown vegetables.  We can provide for all of your specific needs such as low fat/carb, vegetarian, low calorie, religious preference, etc.
